This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 5th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. King size bed in the second bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 4 chairs and a lounger. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Our housekeeping staff is the best on the beach! Each unit is cleaned by a highly trained staff. Each unit is then inspected prior to your arrival to insure that it is in tip top shape!

  We have been here exactly 1 month and could not be more pleased not only with the condo itself but also the complex!
  I cannot say enough about Helen, she has been so helpful patient and pleasant at answering questions and our reservations and she has been there immediately when we needed her, that’s saying a lot because we have been snowbirds for over 10 years and have stayed and booked with a lot of different agencies and people.
  I have to rate her "honestly” at the top of our list.
  
  As I said, we have rented condos in PCB and also Destin and this was one of the cleanest we ever walked into. We have learned to carry cleaning supplies and prior to bringing in our luggage we cleaned, never had to with this one and believe me we are picky.
  We had one minor issue, our one sink in the primary bathroom was clogged, I texted her and within 15 min a knock at our door the maintenance man (nicest man ever) came in and not only took care of that sink he went to the other bathroom and checked that one also.
  Now as far as the condo complex itself is concerned, yes, it is an older building, but they are constantly cleaning and doing all the necessary maintenance. The security is topnotch, we know since we got a ticket lol (totally our fault)
  The office girls as so pleasant and down to earth and absolutely love chatting with them.
  
  My husband uses the exercise room, granted it is not as large as some of the others he has used, but as he said, it is enough for what he needs.
  It is hot in the room though and make sure you clean prior to using any equipment, that’s a given no matter where you go.
  
  The indoor pool is for me to exercise, I love it 1⁄2 inside and 1⁄2 outside in the sun.
  There is also a steam room, but we have not used it.
  Also, there is a huge hot tub and outside pool.
  
  All in all, I have to give Helen, and this complex an A rating we are quite happy and will be

  This condo was perfect. It was very clean and well stocked (towels, dishes, etc..) The king sized beds were very comfortable and of course the view was sensational (but we have to give God the credit there!). We have stayed at condos managed by Helen Phillips before and she is great to work with. We plan on returning next year.

  Nice property overall, Unit nicely furnished but a bit dated, Bedroom furniture too big and bulky. Kitchen well equipped for our needs. Loved having high top table and chairs that enabled us to see over the rail. That has become a must for us in a property. Bathrooms, each with stand up showers were
  great. There was no mention of hair dryer in listing, so brought my own, but there was one. Would like to have known in advance. Emerald Isle is a great property and #502 is a nice unit.
