Veteran owned, 14th floor, fully remodeled in 2024 with new furnishings throughout. This is not a typical rental property, it’s the owner’s part time home with many upgrades for an enjoyable stay! Plus front row beach chairs & umbrella included!

Gulf front living room with new leather furniture, premium gel sofa sleeper and 2 recliners plus a new 70” smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen for evening meals on the balcony, new fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, new microwave, new dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, enjoy your morning coffee with a regular or K cup combo coffee pot, and fast Wifi.

Gulf front Master suite with new king bed, master bath with a large walk in shower, new shower head and upgraded linens. Guest bedroom with 2 new queen beds and new bedding, smart TV. Full guest bath with tub, new shower head and upgraded linens.

Check out the size of the 10x28 foot balcony, with new furniture including 2 loungers, 2 rockers, and 6 person high top table seating, nothing on PCB compares to this balcony size!

Condo Association offers-Free gas grills, 2 pools and a large hot tub, one of the pools is heated seasonally indoor/outdoor combo. Parking is under the building with additional parking across the street with an over the street bridge. Emerald Isle Resort 14th floor, just high enough to avoid street and pool noise but still enjoy the ocean sounds and watch dolphins and stingrays swimming in the beautiful emerald waters. 2 miles west of Pier Park quiet community area but close to action when you want it.

  There are not enough positive adjectives to describe this gorgeous condo. I was concerned that being on the 14th floor we might not be able to hear the ocean waves. We actually thought you heard them better on this beautiful balcony then we did at the pool. This condo is tastefully decorated, amazingly comfortable bed and has every kitchen item you could want or need. Everything looks shiny, clean and new. Our favorite spot was on the oversized balcony. Whether sitting in the rocking chairs enjoying a cocktail or on the loungers watching the gorgeous sunsets, it was a slice of heaven. Perfectly located near all your vacation needs (grocery store, Target, Wal Mart, restaurants) in a quiet area of the beach. We travel often and try to not duplicate but we can’t wait to enjoy our next beach front stay at Emerald Isle #1403!!

  Our stay at Emerald Isle 1403 was nothing less than amazing. The communication was great. The condo was so welcoming, clean, updated, modern and cozy. From other reviews I knew exactly which unit was ours when we got off the elevator. There was a wreath and mat at the door. When you walk in not only do you have the most amazing ocean view, but you can just smell how clean it was. There wasn't a spec of dust or sand anywhere. The couches and chairs were great. Sitting in the recliner chairs looking at the ocean was so relaxing. Beds were all so comfortable. The showers had the best pressure and you will have top of line towels. Full washer and dryer was so nice. I was able to come home with all clean clothes. My favorite part of the unit was the balcony. After a long day at the pool and beach or in the morning before we went down
  , myself, my husband and boys loved to look out in ocean and see all the marine life and people watch. We even watched a wedding on the beach. Pools were great, elevators fast and just an overall great experience. You will love this condo and make great memories!

  My husband and I come to the panhandle every year for his birthday. For the last five years we have tried various locations trying to find the one that felt perfect. Emerald Isle is that place! This beautifully decorated condo has everything you need. The view is fantastic and the amenities are everything you need. As empty nesters, we also relish how quiet it is. We really enjoyed it and look forward to coming back. Thank you for a wonderful time!

  We had a very relaxing and enjoyable week. The only issues we had were the tall chairs on the balcony need the screws tightened and the dishwasher was not great. Everything else was super.

  This beautiful condo is first class all the way. Overlooking the beautiful green emerald Isle, you first notice all the extras. There was a beautiful wreath on the door to greet us and a mat on the floor. The furniture and the decor are beautiful. Two comfortable leather recliners, very large television screens, and the added ambience of candles, stands out as above and beyond the normal. The rugs and towels are all plush. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, and every utensil you can think of. There is a combination coffee pot/Keurig, which was very convenient. The patio is amazing. Not only is there a large table with six chairs, but two recliners and two rocking chairs, all decorated with beautiful pillows, and the added beauty snd coziness of lanterns on each table. The location is amazing. We only had to walk across the street to Mike’s oysters and seafood to get the most delicious meals. Mike’s sister company donut shop is right down the street, a must try. You won’t be disappointed, giving this beautiful condo a try!

  If you are looking for a condo with a modern resort feel, 1403 is it.
  This condo is freshly painted, very clean with brand new furniture and decor. The showers have great water pressure and the host provides quality towels. The WIFI is good and all 3 TV 's work well. The kitchen is equipped with everything to make a gourmet meal. Winn Dixie, Carousel and CVS are all close by for stocking the pantry and fridge. The gas grills worked great and very similar to a home unit. There is a full size washer and dryer. I love going home with all clean clothes.
  For us, the balcony was the rock star of the unit. This balcony is huge, with 2 comfy lounge chairs, dining for 6 and 2 rocking chairs. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the sounds of the wave, the breathtaking ocean view, and dining.
  The white sandy beach is beautiful and easily assessable. We used the complementary beach chairs and umbrella every day. ( nice perk as they are $45 a day to rent.)
  There is a bank of four elevators. The waits were short and we seldom shared the ride. Parking was never an issue. Just make sure you get your pass from the office. Although we didn't use the pools, they look nice and inviting. We loved our stay at Emerald Water Retreat and highly recommend you book 1403. I know, we will become regulars at this wonderful condo.
