This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 17th floor. It is an end unit located on the west end of the building with an unobstructed view of the sunset!

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. Queen size bed in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TV and DVD players in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 6 chairs and a chaise lounge. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

  My sister and I had a 4 night stay at this condo and had mixed feelings about our stay. The condo was clean and the view was beautiful. However there were a few things that detracted from our stay. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet with the water coming from the faucet being at most a trickle. I notified the management company twice on the 2nd day of our stay and the second time texted a video clearly showing the issue and suggested that maintenance come and fix the faucet. The response was 'checking now' and that was the last I heard. No follow up and no maintenance staff coming to repair the problem. We didn't cook alot during our stay but it was difficult to rinse dishes and produce usng the microscopic water flow. We resorted to bringing water from the bathroom faucet to use in the kitchen. There were some other annoyances we encountered such as small appliances (i.e. the iron) being unusable due to their condition and one of the drawers in the second bedroom dresser had no bottom. The TVs need to be replaced with smart TVs - it is football season after all. And the TV in the master bedroom worked intermittently Beach chairs were included in the rental but umbrellas were only put out on the third day of our stay - not sure if this was a wind issue or something else. The weather was beautiful but we would have appreciated some shade!
  
  Finally, and this is purely personal preference, we thought the area was just too congested. Fall break was going on while we were there and the beach was somewhat crowded. This is a high density property and I can't imagine how crowded it would be during peak season. The traffic was terrible due to congestion and ongoing road construction. And it goes without saying that the restaurants were also very busy with extended wait times.
  
  We had a good time because who doesn't at the beach, but the negatives of this condo and its location were more than we would tolerate in the future. We won't

  Always a great place to stay. We didn't have great weather but we made the best of with the hot tube, shelling and great restaurants and local beach stores.
