Welcome to our Oasis! Located on the 19th floor of Calypso Tower III with panoramic views, it’s just steps away from the sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your balcony! Brand new construction with tasteful coastal decor. Just bring your beach towels and sunscreen!

This vacation oasis is located right next door to famous Pier Park! Close to the restaurants, shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, the sports complex at Frank Brown Park, nature hiking at Conservation Park and the many special events and concerts at Aaron Bessant Park. For the Fourth of July, Pirates Fest, Mardi Gras and all the other PCB celebrations, you can watch the fireworks from your oversized balcony. Your balcony has plenty of seating.

Inside, the master bedroom has a king size bed and with a connected master en suite. A queen size sofa bed is in the living room. Twin built in bunks in the hallway. Flat screen TVs are in every room and free cable TV and internet service are included. The fully equipped kitchen has a crock pot and both a coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool, large hot tub, a fire pit, tiki bars, cabanas for rent and an exercise room with an ocean view.

  This condo is beautiful, clean, well maintained/ equipped, and pleasantly true to its advertised photos. It’s lovely, relaxing, and well laid out to comfortably accommodate six guests. We enjoyed the gorgeous outdoor table and additional seating on the balcony, while the view of the beach and the sound of the waves kept us in our beach “zen!” The owner/property manager got back to me almost immediately with any questions I posed, and was kind enough to help me extend our stay. I’ve already recommended this condo to several friends, and I’ll continue to do so! This was by far the best beach vacation that we’ve had in years, and I hope to return early this fall. Definitely 5/5 stars!
