NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE 6/23/2021! The Latitude 29 HOA implemented a parking fee beginning January 1. A parking fee of $50 will be added to all bookings. On June 23 the parking policy was amended. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY PER UNIT. ANY UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST’S EXPENSE. Welcome to Latitude 29 where unit #6 is waiting for you! Unit #6 is located in the east pod of the parking level where you will walk directly into the condo from parking lot. This unit has a gorgeous king sized bedroom suite with an attached (one of two) private bath. It has a comfy queen sized sofa bed in the living room and two bunks in the hall to comfortably sleep six. You will also find a well equipped kitchen with granite cabinet top and bar so meals can be made or you are only steps away from the covered customized charcoal grilling area. There are also seafood restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Two TVs and wireless internet are also furnished. Don't forget to enjoy your balcony view of the sunset and sparkling blue water.
